Default Location Category
This is an account-level default location for Clara to use when you do not designate an in-person meeting type or specific location. You can update your Default Location Category directly in your preferences dashboard.
For example, if you loop Clara in to "meet with Joe next week" and your Default Location Category is set to "Coffee" then Clara will propose your default Coffee location for the meeting. If you ask Clara to find "time for lunch with Mary next week" then Clara will ignore your Coffee Default Location Category, and use your default lunch location.
If you would prefer not to designate a default meeting location for in-person meetings, you can set your Default Location Category to "Ask Participant(s)". Clara will ask the participant(s) for a location, and set that for the meeting without your approval. If you would like to change the location after scheduling, just email Clara.
