Yes!

Clara can schedule same-day meetings with your explicit permission.

If you propose a specific date and your participant confirms on that same day, Clara will go ahead and schedule it as long as it's not within 4 hours away.

If your participant asks for a same-day meeting, in order to protect you from missing a last-minute meeting, Clara will suggest different times to them.
