How does Clara schedule meetings?

Clara coordinates and finalizes the start time, duration, participant contact info (if needed), and location (virtual or in-person) when you request a meeting. Just cc: Clara + participants on any meeting request to get started.

Clara interprets the context in email conversations to act upon any specific information including direct instructions (e.g. Clara find Tom & Jeff time to talk after Tuesday) and Codewords.

Clara knows the email addresses of participants based on either: 1. who you CC on the thread or 2. whose email address you list in the email body text. 

Then Clara will fill in any gaps based on preferences you have set in your preferences dashboard. 

Finally, Clara uses the information available on your calendar and from participants. 

Once all parameters are confirmed, Clara sends meeting invitations.
