How does Clara know what kind of meeting to setup?
Tell Clara as much information as you can so that your meeting is setup per your intentions. Without all the information, Clara will make assumptions based on your preferences and scheduling best practices.
Examples:
"Adding Clara to coordinate" |
Without additional direction, Clara assumes this is for a call. |
"Adding Clara to help us set up a call" |
Clara assumes all email addresses in the email's To: and CC: will be in the meeting, and will schedule using your default call preference. |
"Looping in Clara to find us time to meet" | Clara assumes all email addresses in the email's To: and CC: will be in the meeting, and will schedule using your default in-person meeting preferences (e.g. duration, location). Clara will schedule using the address of your Default Location Category. |
"Clara can help us find a time to grab coffee sometime early next week" |
Clara assumes all email addresses in the email's To: and CC: will be in the meeting, and will schedule using your default coffee location. Clara will attempt to schedule early next week, and if no times work for the participant(s) will then suggest times for later in the week. |
"Clara -- find us time to grab lunch after the 15th. Looking forward to it." | Clara assumes all email addresses in the email's To: and CC: will be in the meeting, and will schedule after the 15th using your default lunch location. |
