Clara coordinates and finalizes the start time, duration, participant contact info (if needed), and location (virtual or in-person) when you request a meeting. Just cc: Clara on any meeting request to get started.
Clara interprets email conversations to act upon any specific information including direct instructions (e.g. Clara find us time to talk after Tuesday) and Standard Codewords. Then Clara will fill in any gaps based on preferences you have set in your user dashboard. Finally, Clara uses the information available on your calendar and from participants. Once all parameters are confirmed, Clara sends meeting invitations.
