You can change Clara's name or domain based on the plan you choose. You may also be able to modify Clara's signature as well.
I want to host Clara on my domain using Google Apps for Work (Gsuite) or web-based Outlook (O365)
NOTE: During the transition from your trial Clara to domain-specific Clara, you will need to interact with the Clara that you originally messaged about the meeting request (e.g. old requests to the "old" Clara) to ensure there is not confusion or delay in processing your requests.
To get Clara hosted on your domain, set up a new user account on your Google Apps or O365 domain and email firstname.lastname@example.org with the email, name, and password.
For O365, we do not yet support 2fa; however, we will change the account password immediately.
If you have security constraints that prevent you from being able to share the password for a new email account, email email@example.com and we will work with you to get set up.
My domain doesn't use Google Apps for Work or O365
We're only able to support domains that are set up with Google Apps for Work and O365. If you're not currently using these systems, you can still set up a Google Apps for Work account just for your Clara by signing up here. Set up is straightforward and requires domain administrator permissions.
