Tell Clara as much information as you can so that your meeting is setup per your intentions. Without all the information, Clara will make assumptions based on your preferences and scheduling best practices.
Examples:
"Adding Clara to coordinate" |
Without additional direction, Clara assumes this is for a call. |
"Adding Clara to help us set up a call" |
Clara assumes all email addresses in the email's To: and CC: will be in the meeting, and will schedule using your default call preferences. If one participant, that is your Direct Call Default; otherwise, Clara will use your Group Call Default. |
"Looping in Clara to find us time to meet" |
Clara assumes all email addresses in the email's To: and CC: will be in the meeting, and will schedule using your default in-person meeting preferences (e.g. duration, location). Clara will schedule using the address of your Default Location Category. |
"Clara can help us find a time to grab coffee sometime early next week" |
Clara assumes all email addresses in the email's To: and CC: will be in the meeting, and will schedule using your default coffee location and default in-person duration. Clara will attempt to schedule during the next week, and if no times work for the participant(s) will then suggest times for the week after that. |
"Clara -- find us time to grab lunch after the 15th. Looking forward to it." |
Clara assumes all email addresses in the email's To: and CC: will be in the meeting, and will schedule using your default lunch location and default in-person duration. Clara will schedule no sooner than the 15th. "lunch" is a recognized Standard Codeword on the customer's profile, so Clara books the meeting for their requested 90 minutes instead of their in-person default of 60 minutes. "Looking forward to it" is a recognized Standard Codeword on the customer's profile, so Clara follows the directions they have setup. |
