We recommend sharing your personal and work calendars with one Clara, under the same account, and having Clara send calendar event invites to one of your email addresses. You can always ask Clara to send invites to additional email addresses if you would like the events to show on multiple calendars.
We discourage customers from setting up two separate accounts, but certain customers may believe this setup is necessary. While using two Claras (think firstname.lastname@example.org on a shared team plan and email@example.com):
- You can choose to have each Clara separately add events directly to your calendar. You will need to make sure to email the appropriate Clara when initiating a meeting request to make sure your personal schedule and work schedule don't get mixed.
- To make sure Clara has a full picture of your actual availability, share all of your relevant calendars with both Claras.
- When you share preferences with Clara, these will be saved separately. That is, if you tell your "work" Clara to block off Tuesdays for only phone calls, your "personal" Clara will have no knowledge of this, and leave Tuesday open for calls unless explicitly told otherwise.
- You will be charged per Clara.Your work account and personal account will be billed separately.
