Clara can remember multiple locations for several in-person meeting types, and a default location within each. Clara can also assume a Default Location Category for all in-person meetings if no specific location or meeting type is mentioned.
You can name each location for better Clara understanding. For example "Pete's on fourth" or "London Tech Office".
In addition, you can add text for each location to show participants additional information. This data will show in the event description for all meetings that use that particular location. For example. "Floor 5", "Suite 201", "Parking is available across the block at 121 Main", "Dial #3100 at the gate".
This can be modified in your user dashboard.
