Clara can currently help manage your calendar reschedules from one request, or help split one message into several meeting requests (up to 3 meetings/email). If you anticipate a high volume of batch emails or would like to send more than 3 meetings per message, please reach out to email@example.com and we'll get it setup for you.
Please note that Clara cannot schedule these meetings sequentially yet -- Clara can't use this method to set meeting with Joe and then a followup 2 days later. Instead, send Clara a note after the meeting with Joe is set, and Clara will schedule the followup.
Reschedules / Take a sick day
Let Clara know if you need to move things already on the calendar in bulk. You can tell Clara directly:
- Clara, please reschedule all meetings on Tuesday.
- Hi Clara, please push all of Friday's calls to next Monday.
Please note that Clara can only reschedule meetings that Clara originally scheduled, and will notify you of other meetings that can't be rescheduled, deleted, or updated so that you can do that directly on your calendar.
Manage your To Do List and/or book many meetings from one email
Clara can take in a request for up to 3 meetings from a single email. You must include certain information to ensure meetings are setup correctly, and Clara cannot take this information from attachments or links. All requests count towards your meeting request maximum for the month (i.e. 2 meeting request in one email will count as 2 meeting requests). You can perform the same function with more than 3 meetings by sending this information directly to firstname.lastname@example.org

Type of meeting (e.g. 30 min coffee, Skype demo)
Event Title (if different than your standard event title)
Subject line of request to participants
Body of email to participants
