Clara tries to stay as out-of-the-way as possible, working as transparently or as invisibly as you want.
BCC/CC Scheduling Emails
By default, Clara will BCC you on only the first email response when looped in to a thread. You can always ask Clara to BCC or CC you and/or another email address on:
- all emails (stay in the loop)
- the first email only
- the confirmation email
- no emails
Meeting Status Summary
Clara sends you a status email every Monday morning that summarizes the status of all meetings you've asked to set up over the last week as either successfully scheduled, failed to schedule, or still coordinating. You can always ask to not have this email sent.
In addition to this, you can view the status of your outstanding scheduling requests as well as a list of your previous scheduling requests in real time via your user dashboard.
You can always see and edit your current preferences on your user dashboard. There may be a few preferences that you are not yet able to edit directly in the dashboard. For these, please ask Clara to update them for you and Clara will let you know when they're updated.
