Conference Rooms are currently in pilot testing, and are targeted for launch later in 2017. Conference Rooms will only be available on some plans and only for users that host resources in their G-Suite. If you'd like to learn more, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Currently, Clara can label all in-office meetings as "IN OFFICE" on your calendar, and BCC all confirmed meetings to a specific email address if you have an in-house assistant that will book a room for you. Just let Clara know.
