Yes, you can customize Clara’s name on some plans. Refer to our Pricing page to see if your plan qualifies.
To get Clara hosted on your domain, set up a new Google Apps account on your domain and email email@example.com with the email, name, and password.
If 2-Step Verification is set up on your domain, you will also need to include a backup code with the new email and password.
If you have security constraints that prevent you from being able to share the password for a new email account, let Support know and we will work with you to get set up - or you can get set up using email forwarding.
To customize Clara's name, but still host on Clara's domain (@claralabs.com) email firstname.lastname@example.org with the new first and last name desired.
My domain doesn't use Google Apps for Work
Since Clara only works with Google Calendar, we're only able to support domains that are set up with Google Apps for Work. If you're not currently using Google Apps for Work, you can still set up a Google Apps for Work account just for your Clara by signing up here. Set up is straightforward as long as you or someone on your team has domain administrator permissions.
My domain doesn't use Google Apps for Work and I'm unable to access my domain admin
If your domain administrator is unable to set up Google Apps for Work for a Clara account, we can still support you via email forwarding.
