Clara can recognize individual email addresses or email domains as having meeting permissions to schedule with you or on your behalf. This means Clara will not ask for your permission first if one of these individuals reaches out to Clara directly. There are two types of permission you can grant to your Inner Circle:
- Initiate - can initiate a meeting that includes you, them, and others without your approval
- Coordinate - can request a meeting between you and someone else (without them attending)
- These individuals will need to CC your email address on the request for you to be associated as the customer. Otherwise, Clara may not know the customer to associate with the meeting request.
- Your own email addresses should not go on this list. If you would like Clara to recognize additional email addresses as you, add them to Your Email Accounts on your user dashboard (e.g. add your work email, your gmail, and your personal-domain email address so Clara can tell who you are not matter which account you use).
To add people to Your Inner Circle, you can email Clara the domain or the individual email addresses that you'd like to add to each list!
