Clara coordinates with meeting participants on behalf of Clara customers. This means Clara can handle requests to set meetings only if at least one person attending the meeting is a Clara customer (either on a paid plan or a trial).
While Clara only schedules on behalf of Clara customers, you can let Clara know who is allowed to request meetings with you or plan meetings on your behalf by adding to your Pre-approved contacts.
If there's another person on your team that can use Clara's help, it's easy to add them to your account. We always allow a grace period for new team members, so letting them try Clara is risk-free.
