We’re proud of Clara’s low error rate. We are constantly working to understand what mistakes matter, how to prevent them, and how to predict errors that could come from new features before they happen. That said, occasional errors will occur.
If you see a mistake, simply tell Clara what went wrong. Clara will take immediate steps to fix the situation, and our team will work to prevent the mistake from happening in the future. Clara works with some great humans as part of our Human-in-the-loop model, so remember that any concerns you address to Clara could be handled by a trained, experienced team member at some point.
