You can set default locations by meeting type for in-person meetings. You can also set an account-level default location type for Clara to use when you do not designate a meeting type.
For example, if you loop Clara in to "meet with Joe next week" and your Default Location Category is set to "Coffee" then Clara will propose your default Coffee location for the meeting.
In addition, you can set your Default Location Category to Ask Participant(s) if you would prefer not to designate a meeting location for in-person meetings. Clara will ask the participant(s) for a location and use that in the meeting invite without confirmation from you. If you would like to change the location after scheduling, just email Clara.
