HOW TO UPDATE YOUR DEFAULT LOCATION CATEGORY
ABOUT YOUR DEFAULT LOCATION CATEGORY
In addition to setting default locations by meeting type for in-person meetings, you can also set an account-level default location type for Clara to use when you do not designate a meeting type.
For example, if you loop Clara in to "meet with Joe next week" and your Default Location Category is set to "Coffee" then Clara will propose your default Coffee location for the meeting.
You can currently default to the following meeting types:
- Ask Participant(s)*
*If you would prefer not to designate a default meeting location for in-person meetings, you can set your Default Location Category to Ask Participant(s). Clara will ask the participant(s) for a location and use that in the meeting invite without confirmation from you. If you would like to change the location after scheduling, just email Clara.
