Who owns meetings Clara schedules for me?
By default Clara is the organizer for all of your meetings, and hosts them on her own calendar. She invites you to them as a participant when they appear on your designated calendar(s). This is for security and privacy, as well as following Clara's approach to not ask for extra access or data when not needed.
However, there are limitations to this approach since you do not own the meeting invites. For example, if you regularly need to move meeting times or update meeting information at the last minute this may not be the right setting for you.
How can I own all meetings Clara schedules for me?
The Calendar For Events feature on your user dashboard allows you to change this setting so that Clara can directly add meetings to your calendar of choice. This higher level of access given to Clara provides you with the flexibility to move or update meetings directly on your calendar.
I don't see this on my dashboard
This feature is only available if Clara is hosted on your domain (e.g. no email@example.com assistant). This is due to potential domain-level permissions that would prevent Clara from getting the appropriate permissions through the OAuth requested on your user dashboard.
