When you get started, you’ll select a codeword to put in the body of an email whenever you want to tell Clara that you want to coordinate for others. When this codeword is in an email, it’ll tell Clara that you won’t be in the meeting that needs to be scheduled. You’ll just include the word or phrase when you send a request to the candidate, interviewer, and Clara:
Choose a phrase like “introduce you to” as the trigger. For example,

[Hiring manager], I’d like to introduce you to [candidate], who seems like a great fit for the role. Clara, please find time for [hiring manager] to call [candidate] for 30 minutes this week.
