If you are signing up for Clara with Microsoft calendar/email and you receive the message in the screenshot listed here, here are a few articles that you should provide to your IT / O365 Administrator to point them in the right direction to provide you and your teammates approval to sign up for Clara.
The reason this message appears is that your O365 Admin settings have a security feature turned on that requires an admin to provide consent first before you can grant an application access to your calendar/email.
