I often schedule impromptu meetings. Can Clara schedule same day events?
As a default, Clara will schedule same day events if there are 4 hours between the confirmation of everyone's availability and the event.
I have multiple email addresses that I want to use to schedule with Clara.
As long as the email addresses are in your dashboard under Your email accounts, Clara will be able to recognize you as a customer and schedule on your behalf.
Can Clara schedule multiple meetings on one email request?
Clara can currently only schedule one meeting per email thread.
I would like to add flights or events to my calendar. Can Clara do this?
Yes! If you forward your flight information or event information to Clara, it can add it to your calendar. Please note that events must be less than 23 hours for Clara to be able to add them to your calendar.
Can Clara tell if my events are Free/Busy on my calendar?
Clara does not recognize the difference between Free/Busy events on your calendar. It will consider all events as Busy.
I have a large group meeting I need to coordinate. Can Clara handle this?
Yes, Clara can schedule with up to 7 other participants for a group meeting.
I'm traveling to a location different than my home base for an extended period of time and want to change my preferences. How can I make the changes to my account?
Clara is able to make internal updates to your meeting preferences temporarily. If you know your travel dates, location and meeting hour preferences, you can directly email Clara or Support ([email protected]) and an internal change can be made. However, you will not see this change on your Dashboard. Clara will also follow up with you for this information if you mention it in a request.
