Adding your recurring preferred meeting times allows Clara to recognize when you would like to take meetings or if you have certain meeting preferences (e.g. Coffee meetings between 2pm and 4pm).

You can choose your preferred meeting times here. You can do so by clicking "New" or clicking existing blocks to edit them.

You can remove specific preferred meeting times by clicking the block you'd like to delete and then clicking "Remove".

If you are traveling and would like Clara to adjust your preferred meeting times, you can email your Clara directly and ask for the change. Just let Clara know the dates, location and preferred meeting times of your travel and it will update your availability accordingly.
