Clara is set to follow up with your participants if they don't respond, based on your preference.
You can select the frequency and the maximum number of follow-ups here.
Follow-up limit: Maximum number of times Clara will reach out to your participants when there is no response. This resets each time a participant replies to the message unless the reply explicitly requests Clara to stop following up.
Follow-up frequency: Determines how many business days (Monday to Friday) Clara should wait to follow up with your participants.
When your follow-up limit is reached, Clara will notify you.
