If you'd like Clara to generate a unique Google Meet link for each meeting, you must have Clara on your domain (see steps below).

You can change Clara's name or/and domain based on the plan you choose. You can do that by setting up a new user account on your Google Workspace and email [email protected] with the email address and full name.

Please note that the account will need to be an actual user with its own license on your domain just like a teammate would have, and the account also needs to have access to the calendar and email apps. It cannot be a shared email account or Google Group.

We will then add your assistant to our system and provide a link for you to authenticate it.


If you have Clara on your domain, you can add Google Meet to your preferences by following these steps:

  1. Click "Add contact details"

  2. Select "Google Meet" and then hit "Add"

  3. Make it your call default option if you'd like


If you'd like Clara to always add the same Google Meet link to the invite, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click "Add contact details"

  2. Select "Conference Line", add your Google Meet link under "Conference number" and then hit "Add"

  3. Make it your call default option if you'd like
