Clara is an AI-powered assistant that coordinates meetings through human-like email interactions. You can directly email or CC your Clara and those that will join the meeting to start the scheduling process. You can find your Clara's email address here.

Clara will then analyze your request, and proceed accordingly. If a time and date have already been determined, Clara will send an invite. If not, Clara will suggest times based on the email context, your preferences and availability. Please note that Clara can schedule and reschedule one meeting per email thread.

Once a time has been confirmed, Clara will send an invite along with a confirmation email.

Please note that Clara will automatically BCC you on all emails for your first three meetings, and then will follow your BCC/CC preferences so you stay as in-the-loop as you'd like to be.
